We look forward to welcoming you to Phepson Farm, set in peaceful Worcestershire countryside with award winning cottages, organic farm and wildlife walk and lake, a place our family has lived and loved for over 100 years. .. We were lucky enough to win The Best Farm Cottages award with Visit Worcestershire  and look forward to welcoming our guests to stay on our family farm. Diamond Cottage named after an old carthorse who worked on the farm, is a two bedroom ground floor cottage, converted from the old stables and cowshed and The Granary is our most recently converted three bedroom cottage.

We have kept many original features and coupled them with modern country interiors to give our cottages real character.

We are always on site and if there is ever anything you need during your stay then we are here to help, we have a wealth of local knowledge to advice on days out and try to ensure all your needs are met.

Our latest conversion  is the Old Granary Barn (sleeps 5), this three bedroom cottage has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area taking up the whole ground floor, with a modern country feel and space for family get togethers. Upstairs there are two en-suite bedrooms, one a double and one a twin (can be a super king) with full length window looking out over the stone balcony stairs. There is also a small single room for those staying as a family.

This ground floor cottage has a double height ceiling open beams and trusses with French doors leading onto the patio and garden from the living room. There is a large master bedroom with a sumptuous king size bed and a twin room, ideal for friends or family.  The fully equipped kitchen and dining area leads from the living room.

Car arrival directions: 

From M5 (J5) Take the A38 to Droitwich. At the 1st set of lights turn left, at the next set of lights turn left again onto the B4090. After 2 miles turn right to Himbleton & Crowle. Phepson Farm is two miles along this lane, on the right.

From M5 (J6) Take the A4538 to Evesham. At the next roundabout turn left to Crowle, then take the 1st right to Crowle & Himbleton. Follow this road for 4 miles, after the turning to Himbleton village we are the 2nd farm on the left, clearly signed as PHEPSON FARM.
