Two spacious timber built lodges offer excellent self catering accommodation overlooking the lake. Fly and carp fishing are included. A beautiful location to enjoy the Suffolk countryside.

We provide self catering accommodation in our two lodges on our working Suffolk farm, situated on the edge of a small rural village. each lodge is well equipped so you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. We offer fishing in both our two lakes, one is stocked with trout and the second one, just across the driveway, is stocked with carp. Even if you don`t wish to fish, the lakes offer a tranquil setting.

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Suffolk countryside in our spacious holiday lodges set on the edge of one of our fishing lakes. The full length verandahs offer the opportunity to enjoy outdoor living and the beautiful views across the lake and wonderful birdlife. Guests are welcome to fish on our well stocked trout & carp lakes, and there are several footpaths near the farm to explore.

The pretty Market Towns of Halesworth and Bungay are within easy reach and offer independent shops and restaurants.

We are approx. 25 minutes from the Suffolk Coast and the popular resort of Southwold and neighbouring Walberswick. Enjoy the unspoilt river estuaries, coastal paths, marshes and forests - ideal for walkers. Further south is the coastal reserve of RSPB Minsmere with its wonderful woods & wetland, spotting hides and nature trails.

For cycling enthusiasts we are close to National Cycle Route 1, and can provide cycle maps and ideas on places to explore. The village pub is just 2 miles away!

Come and experience the peace & quiet and the wonderful open spaces of the Suffolk countryside, with spectacular big skies and no light pollution.

Swallows Lodge is a spacious self catering lodge offering the opportunity to enjoy outdoor living whatever the weather. The full length covered verandah with outdoor furniture overlooks the beautiful lake where you can watch the adundance of wildlife.  This lake is stocked with trout for fly fishing and the second lake is stocked with carp.

Swallows Lodge offers ground floor accommodation (with ramped access) and has one double and one twin bedroom - both ensuite.  The lodge is well equipped and very comfortable.

Ideal location to enjoy the Suffolk countryside and nearby coastline.  You can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet in the open countryside.  Big skies and no light pollution.

Kingfisher Lodge is a spacious timber built lodge overlooking a beautiful trout lake and open countryside.  The second lake is stocked with carp. The lodge offers ground floor accommodation with no internal steps and sleeps 4 in a double and a twin bedroom - both ensuite. There are steps, with a handrail, to walk up to enter the lodge.

An ideal location for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers - also fishermen, with fishing available on your doorstep.

A full length covered verandah offers outdoor living whatever the weather, and perfect for enjoying the countryside views.

Within easy reach of the Suffolk coastal area with its unspoilt choice of estuaries, marshes and forests.

Car arrival: From A12 via HALESWORTH Take Al44- signed Halesworth, Bungay, Bramfield and Holton Go for 4.2 miles to Halesworth Turn right - signed Town Centre and Bungay 1st roundabout turn right - signed Bungay 2nd roundabout straight over - signed Bungay 3rd roundabout straight over - signed Bungay Take the NEXT LEFT into Wissett Road -signed Rumburgh Wissett South Elmhams Go through Wissett and pass The Plough Public house on your RIGHT Take the NEXT RIGHT, a short distance past the Pub into GRAYS LANE signed Spexhall and Beccles. CONTINUE for 1 .7 miles until you come to the top of Grays Lane and at the staggered crossroads go STRAIGHT ON - into Rumburgh Lane. CONTINUE for 400 yds and turn right into the drive for RUMBURGH FARM
