Brook Meadow Campsite

We have three options for glampers, Our cute affordable Nuthatch cabin, our luxurious safari Sun Bird tent and our stunning two storey Marabou safari tent which comes with hot and cold running water, a bath, a kitchen, four poster bed and stairs up a mezzanine bedroom.

There is something to suit every budget, accommodating varying guest numbers form one family to two.  We pride ourselves on delivering fabulous interiors, space outside to unwind and views f the lake so you won’t be disappointed which ever option you choose.

For those who want complete canvas comfort our two storey Safari tent couldn't be more luxurious. The glamping area is set in a secluded spot and accessed via a foot bridge over the stream. The Safari lodge sits side by side with our Sunbird Safari bell tent and both enjoy a view of the lake from their south west facing decks with woodland behind.  This spacious tent has everything you need to get back to basics in comfort and style. The lodge can sleep up to 8 people thanks to the additional bed space on the mezzanine sleeping area.

Our sweetly named 'Nuthatch' cabin is equally sweet inside. It might be small but we've packed with luxurious furnishings with botanical prints and chic styling.  It is perfectly situated with a west facing deck and picturesque views of the lake.  Set back 12m from the lake shore and in a beautiful location, the cabin offers the experience of the lakeside views and atmosphere unique to our site.  The cabin is both insulated and heated for cooler weather and well ventilated for those warm summer evenings.  Go fishing 20 meters from your door or simply enjoy the view of our tree-lined lake from the cabin’s own veranda. 

Solar powered lighting and electric hook up are inclusive. The cabin sleeps up to 4, (2 in the upholstered French double bed and 2 on the double sofa-bed).  Bed linen sets can be provided at £25/set, (with a 2 night min stay), but if you prefer a cheaper option and or prefer to have your own bedding please bring it with you. The washroom facilities are just a short walk away.  A fridge freezer and kettle are provided and fold out dining table and chairs to seat four. Please bring your own towels. We are delighted to be able to offer this affordable way to enjoy a break at Brook Meadow. The cabin can be locked, leaving your possessions secure when you go off and explore. 

  They feature in so many iconic films and although this little beaut is small she has serious attitude!  She has a new clever fit out on an angle with everything you need. Silverbird is an original Airstream Caravel dating to 1967 and kitted out with our cute vintage touches.  Best of all she has the most position with a stuneramic lakeside view , an outdoor living and kitchen area all under a rainbow. Sleeps 2.

The coolest of cool, our genuine American Airstream is the Steve McQueen of caravans with a choice pitch and lakeside view sundowners can enjoy their own corner of the site close to the lake next to our three new luxury pitches. This is the perfect choice for couples looking for a special spot to spend some relaxing time together.

Located away from the main camping field, with its own shaded deck to offer privacy our adorable Silverbird Airstream 1967 Caravel is the most joyful glamping option we've created yet.  Who wouldn't want to live under a rainbow?! Believe it or not the rainbow roof shines in all weathers, even on the cloudiest of days the Airstream is lit up with rainbow magic

The partially shaded and covered deck area houses an outddor kitchen BBQ area, dining and lounging space with a hammock and lighting for summer evenings overlooking the lake.

Whilst the Airstream Caravel is the dinkiest of airstreams it has such a clever fit out and outdoor living area. .Note that whilst the bed may have lost a couple of corners due to the curves of the Airstream it is actually 20 cm longer than a king size bed!

We've added a memory foam topper so you can sleep like a dream in quality linen bedding, and connect with nature whilst enjoying the luxury you deserve. As always you can expect the handpicked furnishings and accessories to be befitting and in this case expect oodles of vintage joy.
