Enjoy cycling at the South West Lakes centres at Stithians and Siblyback or if staying in the north of the county, jump over the boundary to Roadford or Tamar Lakes. The Tamar Trails Centre also provides great cycling in the Tamar Valley where you can incorporate a cycle route through the Tamar Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with a blast of nature on the way and an insight into the mining heritage of South East Cornwall. Back at base, the centre also offers canoeing on the River Tamar and tree surfing making an enjoyable day out for the more energetic.
Probably the most famous cycling in Cornwall however, is a trip along the Camel Trail where cyclists can enjoy 18 miles of flat cycling, all off-road, between Wenfordbridge, near Bodmin and Padstow. Take your own bikes or hire.
