You are staying in a huge, luxury barn that has recently been converted. It has a beautiful fully exposed high ceiling in the main living space which has a large log burner and mezzanine with good quality bed settee.
The master bedroom is upstairs off the main living room and has a kingsize bed and bath in the bedroom. There is then a separate toilet and shower room.
There are a further three ground floor bedrooms. One is kingsize with ensuite shower room. The other two can either be configured as a superking bed or as two singles. They share a family bathroom with a shower and separate bath. Two of the bedrooms have French windows and open out on to the beautiful courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee.
There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside you will find a hot tub, seating, BBQ, fire pit with seating, a football field and a meadow with a small lake and sheep/lambs and swing.

Sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and a double bed settee on a mezzanine. It has 3 bathrooms and a hot tub. It is set on a farm in South Cerney within a few minutes of Cotswold Water Park.

1 master bedroom (king) with bath in the bedroom and a joining bathroom with shower (only room upstairs); 1 master bedroom (king) downstairs with ensuite shower; 1 x twin room; 1 x super king or twin room; 1 shared bathroom with bath and shower; guest toilet; utility room; log burner; hot tub; 1 double sofa bed on the mezzanine.

Check in time is 3pm.

There is a large dedicated parking area. As you come through the gate and follow the drive around, on the left you will see an open barn with hay bales and gym equipment. Directly opposite here on the right you will see a sign "Berry Farm Barn" and the driveway and entrance to the Barn is here.

Please do not park any vehicles elsewhere on the farm as there may be other things going on, such as pilates classes or a function in the Parlour Barn, for which the parking in this area will be needed.
