Membership Options
Cost of annual membership depends on the number of property units and includes one self-catering unit or two B&B rooms or two glamping units. Further units are charged on a sliding scale with B&B rooms and glamping units added in blocks of 3.
Examples - 2 unit membership could be:
2 self-catering units
or 1 self-catering unit and up to 3 glamping units
or 2 B&B rooms and up to 3 glamping units
or up to 5 B&B rooms
or up to 5 glamping units
- 1 unit – £365/year
- 2 units – £430/year
- 3 units – £495/year
- 4 units – £560/year
- 5 units – £625.00/year
- 6 units – £690.00/year
- 7 units – £755.00/year
- 8 units – £820.00/year
- 9 units – £885.00/year
- 10 units – £950.00/year
- Unlimited units – £1,015/year
- Affiliate Membership – £50/year

Please note that as a member you must list all your accommodation units in a category, not just one or two.

What we don’t offer
- Online Travel Agent booking integration – we link with property management systems such as Supercontrol and Free to Book, but don’t link availability or bookings to external agencies like Airbnb or Booking.com.
- Direct booking management – we don’t handle guest payments or take bookings on your behalf. You stay in full control of your reservations.
- A single listing for multiple properties – when you join, all your properties in a category must be listed. Each property will be displayed in the appropriate category pages. For example, if you offer only self-catering, all your properties will appear on one page. If you offer self-catering and glamping or B&B , your properties will be listed on separate pages for each accommodation type, ensuring a better user experience.
- Booking referral tracking – we are unable to track conversions. If you have tracking built in on your website or property management system, you will have direct access to this data yourself.
- Touring campsite promotion – at present, we focus on farm stays, B&Bs, self-catering, and glamping rather than touring campsites
