Cobnuts Stable is available as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom cottage. You can select your preference on booking. Cobnuts is a delightful and quaint stable conversion full of character. It offers an open plan layout with french doors opening onto your private garden and patio area with stunning views over the river, valley and Camel Valley Vineyards. It is the ideal country retreat for couples, friends or families.
As a 1-bedroom we offer Cobnuts with it’s super comfortable four-poster super king size bed in the main living space with TV and log burner. There is an adjoining dressing alcove and underfloor heating throughout.
As a 2-bedroom we offer the main living space with four-poster super king size bed plus one other bedroom of your choice. Bedroom 1 with a kingsize bed, or Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
As a 3-bedroom we offer the main living space with four-poster super king size bed plus Bedroom 1 with a kingsize bed and Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Please note lounge seating capacity is two double sofas.
The two bedrooms are located off the kitchen and dining area and are both next to the bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a door out to the courtyard area.
The log burner and log store are at your disposal for a cosy and comfortable stay. There is also underfloor heating throughout. There is a Modern “smart TV” with integrated viewing apps including Netflix and iPod dock with DAB radio. Set slightly raised up (4 steps) from the lounge and sleeping area is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, including table and chairs, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a babygate at the bottom of the stairs.
The large bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and separate bath.
The outside area features an enclosed patio and garden with a BBQ, chiminea and outside seating perfect for enjoying meals outside and spectacular views over the valley. There is also a rear courtyard and a private lockable stable to store bikes and other equipment.
EXTRA CAPACITY: Infants (under 2) are accepted above the maximum capacity. Please select as a booking extra on the online booking form if you require a cot or high-chair, which are free of charge. If you require an extra single fold out bed for an extra adult or child please select this as a booking extra on the online booking form, and do not include this person in the total requested capacity. An extra bed is charged at £30 for the whole stay including linen and towels.
