Low Urpeth Farm Self Catering Holiday Cottages (DH2 1BD) are easily accessible from the A1M (between Newcastle & Durham), leaving the A1M at Chester-le-Street, Junction 63.

Follow signs for Beamish Museum (or Stanley) on the A693 (1.5 miles), at the 3rd roundabout (which is an OVAL-ABOUT!) turn right to Ouston.

Go through the village of Ouston passing the garage on your left.  On leaving Ouston, take the 2nd exit at the roundabout  (do not take 1st exit Urpeth) and then turn left at the bottom of the hill into ‘Low Urpeth Farm’.  Low Urpeth Farmhouse is at the top of the drive. 

Katie's Cottage is next to the Farmhouse while the Bungalow is at the beginning of the drive. 

If you have booked one of our self catering cottages, please report to the Farmhouse first. There is ample parking.

POSTCODE FOR SAT NAV: DH2 1BD (from the south make sure you exit the A1M at junction 63 as this is the most direct route – some sat navs try to get you to leave the motorway later and that usually is the slower route!)
