Boskenna is a beautiful 18th century Georgian farmhouse set around a cobbled courtyard on the south coast of the Land's End peninsula. Whilst being close to the sea we are located in a sheltered wooded area.

From here you can relax, wander through the fields and lush woodland down to the sea at St.Loy, or visit some of the many popular attractions in West Cornwall, all of which are within reach of Boskenna. We always keep a wide selection of information about the locality and in addition we have a wealth of local knowledge that we would be pleased to share with you. You can choose between the elegantly furnished bedrooms in the farmhouse or the Coach house and Stables - our bedroom suites are all equipped with those little extras!

Guests are also pleased to find that we have a car park off the road, which is on the same level as the ground floor rooms and the garden. Julia and Godfrey look foward to welcoming you to Boskenna and hope your stay here will be happy and memorable.

The Coach house is one of our bedroom suites in a barn conversion just outside the main farmhouse. Coach house suite is ground floor with it's own entrance. This room has a super king zip and link bed, the room also has a comfortable settee providing an exellent base to relax and unwind. Flat screen smart TV together with all the usual extra's that make your stay a very comfortable one.The en-suite bathroom has a large shower and bath with lovely soft towels and quality toiletries .

The bedroom has a large 5' double bed, comfy settee, a great base to relax and unwind, flat screen TV/DVD, silent mini refrigerator and all the little extra's ie beverage tray, hairdryer, wine glasses and bottle opener to make your stay a great one.
