Our Courtyard Cottage can sleep up to 4 people, in 2 bedrooms, with en-suite. The Woodland Lodge can sleep up to 6 people, in 3 bedrooms, with balcony. All with wi fi. The Boathouse is an off-grid bespoke property with hot tub and amazing loch views. Private and an ideal space to completely disconnect.

Built above the conservation village of Tomich, in an exceptionally peaceful corner of the Scottish Highlands, Tomich Holidays is based at Guisachan Farm, which forms part of the historic Guisachan Estate, full of wildlife and surrounded by native woodland. On the hills above lie several lochs, neighbouring the RSPB reserve at Corrimony. The natural beauty of the surrounding area is interwoven with woodland tracks to explore, hidden waterfalls, sparkling hill lochs, all amidst tranquillity where you can listen to the birds, revel in the abundant wildlife or stroll through the National Nature Reserve between the ancient Caledonian pine woods.

This spacious stone built cottage forms part of the impressive farm steading, with its magnificent Clock Tower. This 4 star cottage offers a double bedroom with en-suite shower facilities.

Accommodation comprises downstairs; open plan living / dining area with luxury fitted kitchen, upstairs; one double, one twin bedroom and bathroom, plus en-suite shower room in master bedroom.

Main Features. There is ample car parking for all properties and an EV charger.   Seasonal indoor swimming pool open April to October.  Shared BBQ facilities, games room with pool table, table football and table-tennis, huge lawn area with toddler play area and outdoor games, plus lockable bike store all available on site.

Included in All Cottages . Wi fi, Freeview TV, towels, electricity, hot water & heating, electric iron & ironing board, hairdryer, full carpetting throughout, ample car parking, bed linen for up to 4, toilet rolls and basic cleaning materials on arrival, tea towels, washing powder and dishwasher powder.  EV charger on site.

Extra People. 1 extra guest can be accommodated by prior arrangment in the courtyard cottages. They must be accommodated on a z-bed (under 16's only) in one of the bedrooms. An additional charge or £40 per extra guest is made, which includes all bed linen.

This timber self catering lodge is situated a short stroll from the courtyard cottages, among the trees. These lovely wooden buildings are private but not remote, each within 100 yards of the others. Your Lodge is spacious, simple but comfortable, with balconies for wildlife spotting or sitting with a glass of wine, watching the sunset.

Main Features. There is ample car parking for all properties with on site EV chargers. Access to seasonal indoor swimming pool from April to October.  Shared BBQ facilities and washing line between each pair of lodges, games room with pool table, table football and table-tennis, huge lawn area with toddler play area, plus outdoor games, lockable bike store and laundry facilities are all available on site.

General Features. The woodland lodges are situated in a semi circle, between 50 - 75 feet apart. Each has a similar interior layout and a similar view of the woodland areas. Access to each lodge is by a number of wooden steps, Mallard lodge having only 2 steps to the entrance, the others between 4 to 8.

Balconies on both floors. Perfect for wildlife watching. Wine sipping.

The Boathouse is a luxurious one bedroom (king or twin), off grid bothy with hot tub set in a spectacularly remote part of the Scottish Highlands.  Located on the shores of Loch na Beinne Moire, on the Guisachan Estate, high above the conservation village of Tomich, The Boathouse boasts uninterrupted views of the rugged landscape and all the wildlife it has to offer.  The Boathouse is totally off grid with a wind turbine and solar panels supplying electricity to the property’s appliances – fridge, lighting, shower, sockets.  The modern, odourless composting toilet completes the properties eco friendly, back to nature credentials.

Electricity is supplied by wind turbine and solar panels, stored in batteries for your use.  The wood burning stove heats the hot water and provides range -style cooking facilities.  The hot tub is also fired by a wood burning stove.  Ample firewood is supplied, alonf with BBQ facilities and drinking water.  

What a space to completely relax and disconnect, private, remote and luxurious.

By Car: From Inverness take the A82 for Loch Ness and Fort William. Turn right in Drumnadrochit on A831 to Cannich. After 11 miles follow the Tomich turn on the left for 4 miles through the village and estate gates on left. From Beauly take the A831 along Strathglass to the village of Cannich. Drive through Cannich and follow the signs for Tomich.
