A warm welcome awaits you at Gatcombe, an ensuite B&B on a family run, working robotic dairy farm only 5 minutes from the world heritage coastline of Beer and Branscombe, with Sidmouth and Lyme Regis only 15 mins along with train stations at Axminster and Honiton.  The airport at Exeter is a 30 minute drive.  Easily accessible for moors and shores.  Gatcombe is a Georgian farmhouse which has recently been restored back to show the original Beer Stone sourced from Beer Quarry Caves which is a 10 minute drive away. Comfortable, spacious double/ twin and triple rooms (children 10 years +) with en-suite facilities, satellite TV, tea/coffee facilities and Wi Fi.  Separate dining room with hearty Aga cooked breakfasts served using home and good local produce, fresh eggs and home baked bread.  Guest lounge with inglenook fireplace and woodburning stove, beams and beverage facilities.   Not far from the South West Coast Path, the beaches of Seaton and Beer are easily accessible on foot through our fields.   Many local inns for evening meals.  Julie and her family welcome you into their home for a true farm holiday.

Arrival by car: Situated directly off the main A3052 coast road between the B3172 at Tower Cross Seaton where there is an Esso petrol station and the B3174 to Beer.  There is a large B&B sign at the farm entrance.  Train stations at Axminster and Honiton and bus stops in the local town of Seaton.
