York has a complete outer ring road (A1237). Leave it at the roundabout with B1363 signposted Helmsley. Stay on B1363 through Sutton on Forest, Stillington, Brandsby.

3.5 miles after Brandsby you will see our ‘Sunset Cottages’ sign on the right hand side. Turn Right. Then immediately right. Drive up the short hill.

Continue driving until you see the farm on the left handside (approx. 100 metres). This is Sunset Cottages Grimston Manor FARM.
