The cottage is situated 5 miles from Inverurie and is very close to the Bennachie forest trails. Inverurie is a busy market town and has a good selection of pubs and restaurants, supermarkets and individual shops. We are approximately 20 miles from Aberdeen City centre with good rail and bus services from Inverurie.

Car arrival: Directions to Broadsea from Inverurie Bypass 5 miles to Broadsea from here. At Blackhall roundabout (near Morrisons supermarket) follow road signposted for Burnhervie. Stay on that road for about 2 miles until you reach a junction with a dam on the lefthand side. Still follow Burnhervie Road for about 1 miles then follow road on right signed Chapel of Garioch. Follow it for about 1 mile. Our road is 2nd on left along this road from Burnhervie.. Keep on road until you see the farm. The cottage is accessed by driving through the farmyard. If you have any problems finding us don't hesitate to call us for help. 01467 681386
