The Green Farm is an active small holding of 26 acres with 2 Patterdale dogs, a flock of friendly Shetland sheep, 3 donkeys, plus hives of bees in our traditional orchard. We also have lots of free-range chickens that lay the fresh eggs for your breakfast and a small flock of hand-reared Guinea Fowl who act as guard dogs! As a result there is always something to see and do at Green Farm..........

Situated on the edge of Crowle village and yet only 2 miles from J6 of the M5, Green Farm is perfectly placed for you to stay while enjoying your break. The Malverns, Stratford-upon-Avon, the Cotswolds and Cheltenham are all only a 30 minute drive away while Worcester city is just 5 miles to the west.  Worcestershire Royal Hospital, Warndon and Blackpole are even nearer so if you have business there or just visiting, then Green Farm is a very handy place to stay. With the M5 only minutes away Green Farm is also the ideal place for a stop-over on a longer journey.

The Chequers pub serves good food and is within easy walking distance so you can leave your car behind for a change! We have been living at Green Farm for over 35 years now and running the B&B for 25 of those years. We started with the Cottage accommodation which is in the original '2 up/2 down' 16th century cottage. Downstairs is your own sitting room and upstairs is the double/twin room, bathroom and adjoining single room.

All rooms have a wealth of oak beams and downstairs in the sitting room is a wood burning stove which is lit every afternoon in the winter, making the Cottage a cosy and romantic place to stay. With its extra adjoining single room it is ideal for families with children, or relatives/friends travelling together.

The Tallet suite is in the converted granary just across the courtyard. This we did about 18 years ago and again there are lots of beams and lots of space. The sitting room has double doors that open into the bedroom and off the bedroom is the shower room. All rooms are electrically heated. The Tallet is accessed by a short flight of 12 brick steps with a handrail.

Both rooms are very quiet and self-contained and fantastic value for money with all their space!

They are very comfortably furnished and have tea/coffee making facilities, free Wifi, TV and the Cottage also has a DVD player. The farmhouse breakfast is served in the main house and we use Worcestershire produce wherever possible. The sausage and bacon come from Worcestershire butchers while the fruit comes from our orchard. All bread, jams and marmalade are homemade and the eggs come from our chickens (as long as they are still laying!). The honey comes from our hives of bees in the orchard.  We talk 'food feet' here instead of 'food miles'! Come and enjoy our special Green Farm hospitality.

Dogs are welcome by arrangement in the Cottage rooms. There is no extra charge for dogs.

All prices include a full English farmhouse breakfast.

All guests are welcomed with a pot of tea and homemade cake.........a great start to your unforgettable stay!

The Cottage rooms are in the original 16th century timber-framed cottage adjoining the farmhouse.  The Cottage has its own sitting room downstairs with a wood-burning stove which is lit every evening when the weather gets colder. There is also a 3 piece suite, TV  and central heating throughout. Upstairs is a large double bedroom that can also be a twin as it has a 'zip and link' bed. Next door is a small bath and shower room and next door to this is the single room. Both bedrooms have their own basin. With plentry of oak beams, the rooms are full of character. The cottage layout makes it an ideal place to stay with children or relatives or even with 3 friends travelling together.

A travel cot is available for very young children, at no extra cost.

Pets are welcome in the Cottage, again at no extra cost if well behaved.

The Tallet is a luxurious bedroom suite of rooms set across the courtyard from the main farmhouse. Converted from an old granary 15 years ago, the Tallet now provides a spacious private B&B room with its own entrance and sitting room and shower room.

It has 12 outside brick steps up to its front door, which then opens into the spacious sitting room. Double doors lead off this into the bedroom which has a 'zip and link' bed comprising 2 x 3' singles making a super-king double! The shower room is off the bedroom. Set apart from the main house, the Tallet is very quiet with fine views over the surrounding fields.

The Tallet is electrically heated throughout which guests can control themselves. It also has a large TV in the sitting room. With all it's space, the Tallet is great value for money!

 From M5, J6, take the A4538 towards Evesham, at the second roundabout turn left towards Crowle. After half a mile take first right towards Crowle. After half a mile, go up bank on entering village. Slow down, indicate left and turn first left up Netherwood Lane on the brow of the bank, (opposite the Chequers Pub sign). Go up Netherwood Lane for about 500 metres and you will see a Farm Stay and an AA sign on a brick wall on your right. Turn down the drive in front of the signs and this will take you into the Green Farm yard. Park here.

There is plenty of off-road parking.
