Two miles from Sidmouth seafront. Lovely walks in Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Comfortable bedrooms (all en suite) with fridge, CH, colour TV,( with freeview) hot drink facilities, , access at all times. TV lounge and dining room with separate tables. Twelve miles from the M5 (junction 30). Eleven miles from A30 and A35 at Honiton. Turn right at Sidmouth Sea Front. Up over Peak Hill. First Farm on the other side (marked Pinn on the map) two miles. Entrance drive behind cottages on opposite side of road from our sign.
