Hay Fields, Tilmangate Farm is a Newly built spacious open plan luxury holiday home which has been beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. If you have friends or family in the area or staying in one of our other holiday homes, Hay Fields has impressive dining for eight! 

The property has under floor heating with two bedrooms both with luxury superking size zip-link beds which can be slip to become singles, the master bedroom has an en-suite with a bath and shower above. There is a large ground floor shower room, the 2nd bedroom is also on the ground floor. 

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.  The table can accommodate up to 8 dining.  Flat screen freeview TVs/DVDs are in the lounge and bedrooms. The property has WiFi access.

It has its own garden and patio overlooking the fields where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunset. Change over day is normally Saturday to Saturday, arrival time is from 4pm and departure by 10am.

Harvest View, Tilmangate farm is a Newly built, beauifully decorated and furnished to a high standard thoughout.  There is a ground floor shower room, a family bathroom on the first floor along with a large master bedroom with a luxury super king size zip-link bed and a second bedroom with twin beds suitable for children of all ages.

The kitchen area has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. There are flat screen freeview TVs/DVDs in the lounge and both bedrooms   WiFi access. Bedlinen & towels supplied.

Sit out on the patio and watch the beauitiful sunset. Change over day is flexible, see availability below.  Arrival time is from 4pm and departure by 10am.

Tilmangate barn, is a well equipped spacious single storey home with high ceilings & exposed beams.  Sleeping 3 in a bright and modern accommodation. WiFi included. Bedlinen & towels included.

The main bedroom houses a super-king size bed which adds luxury & space to your holiday & can become twin beds upon request, a single bedroom, bathroom, with bath & shower above, fully fitted modern kitchen/diner and a separate spacious lounge containing a luxury chase sofa.  There is wooden flooring in the bedrooms & lounge.

The property is approached via a gravelled private courtyard with patio and ample parking.

Quiet location with views over farmland & horses in their paddocks, lovely traditional country pub with restaurant within walking easy distance. 3 miles from Leeds Castle & its beautiful grounds. 1 hour by train to London.

Short breaks available, house movers and guests on business welcome.  Change over day is flexible, please enquire.  Arrival from 4pm and depart by 10am.
