Humble Bee Farm offers glamping and camping accommodation to suit all, based on a working farm in the Yorkshire Wolds. Some of our glamping accommodation is ensuite and includes hot tubs, pets welcome in the Wigwam cabins and lodges.

We stay true to our farming roots with our farm animals, happy hens, alpacas, goats, donkeys, Shetland pony, guinea pigs and nature rambles. Relax, recharge and unwind in a safe, quiet environment! We have lots of different options to suit all, take a look! We also have a play barn, sports field, reflection garden and a cafe bar for our guests to enjoy.

Create family memories, enjoy the great outdoors and meet the farm yard gang down on the farm!

Our site includes excellent facilities and each cabin is fully heated, open all year, and we are close to the Yorkshire Coast. Dogs are welcome in the cabins and lodges (tariff applies).


Humble Bee Farm is close to Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington, Whitby and the North York Moors National Park. Stay with us in this lovely part of Yorkshire. You can be as busy as bees exploring the area and return to our site to for relaxed, quality time with family or friends.


We have a frienldy farm yard gang and crops in our fields, ensuring a superb holiday accommodation with the great outdoors! Our Shetland Pony Tilly loves meeting the guests, collect an egg for breakfast, meet the animals. Walkers, cyclists and surfers are welcome. Child and dog friendly!


We are a Low Noise Policy site so you can relax with us, down on the farm.


Our special events programme runs from February to October including Lambing Weekends, Easter events, Alpaca Walks, Halloween and Bonfire Night.

We also have The Hive, our cafe bar that serves takeaway barista coffee, light meals, pizzas, beers, wines and more on selected dates.

Humble Bee Farm has two hard standing electric pitches for tourers, motor homes or camper vans. We have non-ehu tent pitches in the main site, and a new non-ehu campsite, called Piggy Back Fields, open during the Summer. 

There are also three premium wigwam lodges sleeping a family of six with ensuite, kitchen and electric hot tub; four deluxe running water wigwam cabins on site, sleeping up to a family of two adults and two children, four nomadic yurts, sleeping up to a family of 2 adults and 2 children (sorry no dogs in the yurts) then 16 big chief wigwam cabins sleeping up to a family of five.


Designed to appeal to all the family, our calendar includes a varied selection of traditional, fun and informative events!

The Running Water Deluxe Wigwams also include 1 day FREE in our Beach Chalet in Scarborough. Once you have made a booking, you will need to call reception to secure a date. **please note we only have 1 beach hut & this is subject to availability, cannot be exchanged**

Nearest main route: Take the A64 to Staxton, at Staxton roundabout take the A1039 towards Filey. The first village you pass through is Flixton. Just as you enter the village there is a turning to your right, signposted towards Fordon and Wold Newton. Take this road and follow it until you see the signage for Humble Bee Farm on the right hand side.
