The spacious open plan dining and SITTING ROOM has a high vaulted ceiling, oak floor and a large woodburning stove. The sitting area has a large and very comfy leather corner suite and armchair, coffee tables, 42" colour TV with freeview and DVD player. The dining area has an oak dining table with 8 leather chairs. Doors open from the dining area onto the farmyard. There are three bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a 6\' super king size sleigh bed, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. The en-suite SHOWER ROOM has a white suite of shower, WC and wash hand basin as well as a SAUNA for two. BEDROOM 2 has a bespoke king size bed with a very tall bed head, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. BEDROOM 3 has twin beds with bespoke "Hansel and Gretel" headboards, wardrobe and bedside chests. The very spacious family BATHROOM has a white suite of freestanding roll top, claw foot bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. A standard cot and highchair are available on request.
There is parking for 2 cars. No pets or smoking are allowed in the cottage. There is an enclosed garden to the rear of the cottage with a table and 8 chairs and a barbecue.
