Retreat to the North Devon countryside in style with a stay at The Georgian House near Combe Martin, North Devon, hosting a hot tub and private games room with a heated swimming pool onsite. A luxurious retreat boasting five bedrooms that sleep nine guests, which can be further expanded with two extra beds and cots that can be arranged.

Upon entering The Georgian House, you are greeted by elegant Dining and Sitting rooms flanking the entrance hall. Upstairs, two kingsize bedrooms offer en suite facilities and panoramic valley views. Nestled between them is a cozy single-bed room with the same captivating vista.

Moving to the rear of the house, you will find charming beamed rooms. A marble-lined family bathroom awaits, featuring a glass walk-in shower, a roll-top bath, and a wash hand basin. Two more bedrooms, each with twin beds and ancient beams, provide serene comfort, and one can transform into a superking. Additional single beds can also be arranged.

The hallway leads to a convenient downstairs toilet and a snug area, flowing into a well-equipped kitchen with a range cooker and a farmhouse table. The kitchen opens to the garden room, housing table tennis, table football, and darts. This space extends to a private south-facing terrace with a hot tub, barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor dining, and a chimnea.

When it comes to things to do, guests have access to a whole host of amenities on-site. Be sure to walk the extensive grounds, soaking in the views, before going for a dip in the heated indoor swimming pool. Kids will love the indoor soft play area, and the large wooden outdoor play area, as well as the games room, which has a table tennis table and table football. Throughout your stay you also have access to an honesty shop for additional provisions, a huge fire pit area to make marshmallow memories, and electric vehicle charging point.

Situated next to Illfracombe, North Devon, the Old Farmhouse is a timeless property. Originally built in the sixteenth century, it boasts a south-facing lawn alongside a luxury hot tub with extensive views of the picturesque Devon countryside. Further hosting a private garden with a terraced area complete with garden furniture and a barbecue alongside an indoor wood burner found in the open-plan living area, this property is a relaxing retreat all year round. Guests will love exploring the surrounding grounds, taking in the views, and visiting the friendly animals including alpacas, pygmy goats, lambs, kune kune pigs, runner ducks and guinea pigs.

Sleeping six across three bedrooms, the Old Farmhouse is the perfect bolthole for a family holiday. Featuring wooden beams and rustic interiors, this property is a quaint rural retreat. With an open-plan living area hosting the sitting room and dining area furnished with cosy sofas and soft throws opposite a roaring fire, the farmhouse is a sociable property. Above lies a minstrel’s gallery for an added rustic twist, with the living area hosting a large wall mounted Smart TV.

In the next room, the kitchen features a dishwasher, a washing machine, fridge, freezer, espresso machine, microwave, five-hob range cooker and a double oven. The space is also complete with a large kitchen island area with towering chairs, apt for a delightful cup of fresh morning coffee.

The first bedroom, located downstairs, offers up an ensuite bathroom for extra accessibility. Upstairs there are two extra bedrooms, with the main bedroom furnished with a super king-sized double four-poster bed with a marble-lined ensuite shower room for added privacy. The second bedroom hosts twin beds which can be made into a superking if required, with the marble-lined family bathroom located adjacent.

Should guests need the extra space, the Old Farmhouse is linked via a passageway to the Georgian House next door. Guests can book both properties together to sleep a total of fifteen people, making it the perfect destination for a family reunion or friends' get together.

This traditional stone cottages offers groups of four a fantastic spot to relax and unwind in the Devon countryside. Surrounded by lush, green fields filled with animals and picturesque views over the hills, the cottage sits in a peaceful, tranquil location just minutes away from the stunning North Devon coast. The cottage is located on a huge private estate, and guests will love the fantastic shared facilities at their disposal including the indoor swimming pool, valley views and various play areas for children that make this a fantastic holiday destination for those travelling with little ones.

Aylesbury Cottage sleeps four guests across two bedrooms. Entering the property, visitors are welcomed by an open-plan living, kitchen and dining space which allows for family living while maintaining the cosy ambiance within. Cuddle up in front of the Smart TV, and enjoy movie nights with your loved ones, or sit around the extendable dining table with a drink long into the evening. In winter, fire up the log burner and stay toasty and warm throughout your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen gives guests the flexibility to cook up some big breakfasts and prepare snacks and other meals for everyone to enjoy. Upstairs, the master bedroom is home to a gorgeous four-poster king-sized bed, with stunning views out of the window. The second twin bedroom is perfect for one or two children to sleep in. The family bathroom has a bath tub that offers a relaxing soak after a day out exploring the surrounding countryside as well as a shower for a quick wash. Out on the terrace an inviting private hot tub overlooks the surrounding fields offering guests an added slice of luxury, while a barbecue is ready to go on those balmy summer evenings. The heated indoor pool is easily accessed from your private terrace for a quick dip.

Aylesbury Cottage sits on an extensive estate with lots of wonderful facilities. You can wander the vast grounds and see the variety of friendly farm animals on site, or simply stop for a picnic and enjoy the views. Kids will love the indoor soft play area, and the large wooden outdoor play area, as well as the heated indoor swimming pool. You can also cook al fresco on your terrace using veg from the kitchen garden and local BBQ packs from the honesty shop, or make use of the games room, which has a table tennis table, table football, under 5’s soft play and cosy sofas for weary parents. Throughout your stay you also have access to an honesty shop for additional provisions, a huge fire pit to toast marshmallows on, and electric vehicle charging point.

There are also a further two cottages on-site that guests can book alongside Aylesbury Cottage. The three cottages combined can sleep up to 10 people, and dining can be set up to accommodate this within Aylesbury Cottage, offering large groups a delightful Devon retreat. There are also larger properties sleeping up to 15 available at Coulscott House Holiday Cottages.

There are washing machines and tumble dryers for our guests in a shared laundry room/honesty shop.

Nearby, the choice of scenic walking trails and beautiful beaches will be more than enough for some wonderful family days out. This is a beautiful detached stone-built cottage facing a triangular courtyard with the two other cottages and the swimming pool building. Downstairs is a sitting/dining area, wood burning stove, bluetooth music system and Smart TV.

A couple of steps lead up to the kitchen, including a full range of kitchen units and original slate floor.

A small winding staircase leads up to the landing off which are two bedrooms, one with a king size four poster bed and the other with two singles. The bathroom has bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.

Peacock Cottage has its own secluded area of lawn with  a patio with garden furniture and barbecue.

Combinations of our smaller cottages can be let together to sleep up to 10 – Dining facilities can be arranged in Aylesbury cottage to allow you to eat as a group.

There are washing machines and tumble dryers for our guests in a shared laundry room/honesty shop.

Retreat to the stone-built Bantam Cottage in Combe Martin, North Devon complete with access to a heated indoor pool and a games room.

This is a gem of a little stone-built cottage facing a triangular courtyard with two other cottages and the swimming pool/games room building.

Downstairs is one room comprising sitting/dining area with a Smart TV and a log burning stove. It has a sofa, armchair and oak dining table and chairs. At one side is the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

The staircase leads up to the bedroom with a king size wrought iron bed. It is beautifully decorated with Nina Campbell wall paper. A small cot room with wooden cot is off the bedroom, which is ideal for giving parents and their baby a good nights sleep. The separate wet room is marble lined with a lovely solid marble basin.

Outside in the communal courtyard is bistro furniture for the use of Bantam guests only.

Combinations of our smaller cottages can be let together to sleep up to 10 –Dining facilities can be arranged in Aylesbury Cottage to allow you to eat as a group.

The House accommodates up to 17 guests, making it ideal for big family holidays, or large groups of friends. When it comes to relaxing, there is a private hot tub at your disposal, and firepits, meaning you can all gather round and enjoy a drink whilst staying toasty long into the night or cosy up round one of the three log burners inside whether in the grand drawing or dining room or cosy lounge.

This marvellous home sits on an extensive estate that has a wide array of fabulous facilities. Guests will love the heated indoor swimming pool, whilst kids will have hours of fun in the indoor soft play area and extensive outdoor play area with large wooden pirate ship and wendy house. You may also wish to wander the pretty grounds, taking in the views, and visiting the friendly animals including alpacas, pygmy goats, lambs, kune kune pigs, runner ducks and guinea pigs.

Coulscott House has two grand kitchens that are well equipped with everything you need to whip up some delicious feasts for your group, and there's also a long farmhouse kitchen table and grand dining room to ensure dinner times are a joy. One of the kitchens is a huge, spectacular social space that is built around a big island unit. This kitchen has everything you need to cater for your entire group, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, espresso/cappuccino coffee machine, microwave, and a five hob Range cooker with double oven. Or if you’d rather let someone else do the catering (and the washing up!) Coulscott’s fabulous private chef can serve up a gourmet tasting menu or sumptuous three course meal with a fabulous west country cheese board..

This beautiful home has large social living spaces and two comfortable sitting rooms where you can relax in front of wood burning stoves with your loved ones or gather around the Smart TV for movie nights. There is also an additional snug for teenagers or younger children to hang out in. To the front of the main kitchen sits an enormous garden games room, equipped with table tennis and darts, that has wide glass doors that open up onto the terrace. The decor has a classic feel, and the furnishings offer a homely touch that guests will love.

There are a number of comfortable bedrooms on offer, some of which have en suite bathrooms for added privacy. Each room comes with super comfy beds and some offer guests commanding views out down the valley.
