Oakham Farm is home to 130 sheep, pigs, pigmy goats, chickens, ducks, a semi friendly farm cat and some beautiful fishing ponds. FREE fishing is included in your stay, you just need to bring your own equipment. A short drive away from Stratford Upon Avon & a 30 minute country walk to the community pub in Loxley Village (or an 8 minute drive). Oakham Farm has good motorway access and is a 30 minute drive to the Cotswolds.

There is a patio and lawn area out the front. Views from the front of the cottage overlook our Coarse fishing field which you are welcome to fish if you have your own equipment or a lovely spot for a picnic.

Please be aware the postcode will try and take you into Loxley Village. There are directions on a sign if you end up there.

The farm is located on the A429 between Wellesbourne and Ettington. There are large signs for fishing, timber sales and forestry at the end of the drive. If you have Google maps please type in Oakham farm Coarse Fishing & this will bring you here. If coming from Wellesbourne it is the second driveway (not the house on the road called Oakham Cottage). Please enter the drive slowly as there is a large ridge as you enter. Follow the farm drive to the fishing carpark where you can leave your cars. You will see the cottage on the right as you get to the carpark, through the large wooden farm gate. Please keep the gate into the garden closed, otherwise you might get a visit from some over friendly Labrador’s or some naughty sheep.
