Mill Pond Barns, a peaceful and transquil space with a group of two luxury ground floor barn conversions within the grounds of the owner’s home in the rural village of Hanbury, overlooking a beautiful pond with an abundance of wildlife! The properties are situated behind electric gates, adding a layer of security and privacy.

The Barns can be booked individually or both together, housing a total of 8 people with an adjoining door on the decking for ease. Ideal for a holiday getaway with grandparents! You can also book each Barn individually for 4 people.

Both barns have an open plan living room with a sitting room, dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There are bi-fold doors opening up onto a lovely decking patio, where you make use of the gas bbq and enjoy the countryside and pond views, whilst an additional patio seating area can be found at the front of the property.

These Barns offer two bedrooms to choose from, comprising of a king sized double, or a twin, which is a zip/link and can be a king size upon request, each with their own convenient en-suite shower rooms. Children can also make use of a cot bed which can be made available upon request.

Unfortunately, these Barns are pet free and for those of you with allergies to pet hair, we have never had pets inside these barns.

Hanbury village is a short distance away, with a pub/restaurant and a craft centre, while a wider range of amenities can be found in nearby Droitwich Spa, City of Worcester and Stratford upon Avon.

Walkers will enjoy exploring the surrounding countryside as well as many National Trust sites which the Midlands has to offer.

  • Walking- There are many lovely walks around Hanbury including the Circular Hanbury walk.

  • The Cotswolds -The Cotswolds covers a huge area – almost 800 square miles – and runs through five counties (Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Wiltshire and Worcestershire).  One of the delights of visiting the Cotswolds is exploring the different areas, each with its own identity, yet all with those defining Cotswold features: golden stone and rolling hills, the ‘wolds’.

From M5, Junction 5

Take the A38 to Droitwich. At the first set of traffic lights turn left, at the next set of lights turn left again onto the B4090. After two miles, turn right to Himbleton and Crowle, keep going up the lane until you come to a sign for Shell, turn left and continue down, through the Ford, turn left at the crossroads and continue for two miles along the lane and you will see a left hand turn saying Hanbury Via Ford, continue PAST this and we are the first driveway on your left with a gated entrance. 

From M5, Junction 6

Take the A4538 to Evesham. At the next roundabout turn left to Crowle, then take the first right to Crowle and HImbleton. Follow this road for four miles, and then turn right into Himbleton, follow Harrow Lane, past the Galton Arms pub on your right, go over the little bridge, then take a left hand turn towards Hanbury and Bradley Green and continue for three miles along this lane and you will see a left hand turn saying Hanbury Via Ford, continue PAST this sign and we are the first driveway on your left with a gated entrance.
