Lincolnshire has played host to many films including the Da Vinci Code, Pride & Prejudice, The Young Victoria, The King and Peterloo. In Lincoln the magnificent 13thC. Cathedral was used for The King and for The Young Victoria and as the interior for Westminster Abbey in the film The Da Vinci Code starring Tom Hanks. Bailgate in Lincoln and Gainsborough Old Hall were used in Mike Leigh's film Peterloo.
Burghley House in Stamford was used as Rosings Park in the 2005 film Pride & Prejudice starring Matthew Macfayden, and Belton House, Grantham was used in the 1995 adaption. Grimsby Fish Dock

Cadwell Park has been used for Top Gear episodes and also the film Rush starring Chris Hemsworth. Some scenes from the epic Dambusters were filmed at RAF Scampton where the real Dambusters raid was launched.
